This Privacy Policy explains how Zeta Pegasi Labs Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data through the website zetapegasilabs.com. It is written to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA").

1. Our products have their own privacy policies

Each of our products collects different data to provide its service. When you use a product, that product's own privacy policy explains in detail what it collects and why. This page covers the company website only.

2. What we collect on this website

• Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message.
• Emails you send us: your email address and the content of your message.
• Technical data: when you load the website, your IP address, browser and device information are processed by our hosting and network provider to deliver and protect the site.

This website has no user accounts, takes no payments, and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Your language choice (English/Thai) is remembered only in your own browser.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and keep a record of our correspondence.
• To operate the website securely and protect it against abuse.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — hosts and protects this website.
• Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to our mailbox.
• Migadu (Switzerland) — our email provider, which stores our mailboxes.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC, United States) — serves the fonts used on this site, which means your browser requests them from Google.
• Government or regulatory authorities where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside Singapore

Some of these providers process data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, as the PDPA's transfer limitation obligation requires.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to twenty-four (24) months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve a dispute.

7. Security

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to our mailboxes is restricted. No system is completely secure; where a data breach is notifiable under the PDPA we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and, where required, affected individuals.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our use of it, by emailing us. We will respond within thirty (30) days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (pdpc.gov.sg). Users in other countries may also contact their local data-protection authority.
