1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the website zetapegasilabs.com and to the purchase of subscriptions to the software products owned and operated by Zeta Pegasi Labs Pte. Ltd. ("Zeta Pegasi Labs", "the Company", "we", "us"). "You" means the person using our website or buying a subscription.

2. Our products and their own terms

We build and sell AI-powered software products delivered online, on the web and through messaging apps (WhatsApp and LINE). The Company is the seller of record for every paid subscription to the products below. Each product also has its own product terms and privacy policy, which apply to your use of that product. If these Terms and a product's own terms conflict on a matter specific to that product, the product's own terms prevail.

3. Prices

• Current plans and prices are listed in the Pricing section of this website and on each product's own pricing page.
• Prices are shown in the currency stated next to them — Singapore dollars (SGD) or Thai baht (THB) — and are charged in that currency. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own foreign-exchange or cross-border fees.
• The price of the plan you selected is shown again on the checkout page before you confirm payment. You pay the price shown on that page.
• We may change prices. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for; for existing subscribers it takes effect at a later renewal, after notice as set out in the product's own terms.

4. How to buy

1. Choose a product and plan in the Pricing section and select Subscribe. This takes you to that product's own website.
2. Create an account (or sign in) on the product website.
3. Select your plan and complete payment on a secure checkout page hosted by our licensed third-party payment provider (for example, Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.
4. Once payment succeeds, your plan is activated on your account and you receive a confirmation.

5. Free trials

Most of our products start with a free trial (for example, 7 days for Bedtime Bay and นิทานคืนนี้, 10 days for JaiCare, and 30 days for MoneyKeep and RaHatTang). The length and limits of each trial are shown on the product's pricing page. Where a trial does not require a payment card, it does not turn into a paid subscription automatically — you choose whether to subscribe when it ends.

6. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

• Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or, where offered, annually.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the price then shown for that plan, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you keep access until then and are not charged again.
• If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until a payment succeeds or the subscription ends.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or products, including by: breaking the law or infringing anyone's rights; attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts; interfering with or overloading the service; using automated means to access the service except as we allow; or reselling the service without our written consent. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or a product's own terms.

9. AI-generated content and important disclaimers

• Our products use artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be checked before you rely on it.
• JaiCare provides general health and wellbeing information and reminders. It is not a medical service, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not replace a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
• MoneyKeep and RaHatTang help you organise and understand your own financial records. They do not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

10. Intellectual property

The website, the products, their software, design, text, logos and other content belong to the Company or its licensors. A subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for as long as your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

11. Liability

We provide our website and products with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, and our total liability to you in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the laws that apply to you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living in another country (including Thailand), you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes do not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
